Nordic Drum and Dance is an immersive experience inspired by the rhythms of the North. It combines live frame drumming, guided movement, breathwork and moments of quiet reflection. Rooted in community, nature and ancestral traditions, participants are invited to move freely, reconnect with themselves and experience the restorative power of rhythm in a welcoming judgement free space. Guests will be served tea.
