This is a Beautiful Sound Bath with Ananda Sound Featuring Matthew Packer. Matthew touches all your senses playing multiple instruments, soft sound and song infused with the smell of rose oil. Music is made both from thee sound of the notes and the space between the notes. This journey is an opportunity to feel deeply into both, an opportunity to quiet the '“cerebral” and focus on the “somatic”, This is a very relaxing experience to reset the nervous system and ground you!
